Service Description

This 1:1 physical therapy session will consist of building an individualized treatment plan catered to your personal medical history and present condition. This one hour session will include manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education and breathwork. I am an out-of network physical therapy provider. I can provide a superbill for your session for you to submit to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement.
