I am a healthcare practitioner with 20 years of experience. I am a Physical Therapist, Yoga Teacher and a Holistic Health Coach. I graduated with a Masters and a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 2003. I received my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Vitality Yoga in 2013 and completed an additional 100-hour Advanced Physiyoga Teacher Training from the Threes Physiyoga Method in 2017.

I have been merging Physical Therapy with Yoga principles since 2010. I use yoga as the therapeutic tool to help my clients heal pain and injury, as I had done for myself after sustaining a car accident in 1996.

I also received my Holistic Health Coaching certificate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2016. I love supporting clients and guiding them to achieve their diet and lifestyle goals.

Since experiencing my own pregnancy and giving birth to my daughter Ryan in 2019, my passion has expanded. I love supporting women through their pregnancy journey into the postpartum world, navigating their bodies as well as the stress and anxiety of motherhood.
